I was reading the codes on my sister’s Toyota Pickup and got code 25: Lean Running Condition.

Reset the ECU to try and clear said code and now the CEL just blinks continuously which doesn’t mean anything... Unless I now have a code infinity, I’m quite confused.

Code Infinity on an OBD1 Toyota means “no codes stored” (assuming you’re describing getting “code infinity” with the terminals jumped to read codes). Thus, you have succeeded in clearing the code.
